What is your Cancellation Policy?
If plans change, give us a heads-up 14 days before the big day for a refund (minus the non refundable booking deposit and any work done). Life happens, so if the unexpected strikes, chat with us ASAP for a backup plan. Just a heads-up, date changes are like a game of musical chairs - subject to availability. Your trust means the world to us, and we're geared up to turn your event into a bash to remember! Let's make magic together!
How do I Secure my Booking?
Easy! To lock in your spot, a non-refundable 50% deposit is a must! Followed by an event contract, Once you're in, we're all in too, waving bye to other potential partyplanners looking on your date.
What kind of Events do you plan?
All Sorts! Kids Parties, Baby showers, Staff parties, Weddings, Bachelorette parties & More.
How soon in Advance should I book?
Asap! The best way to cut costs & Budget for your event is time! this gives us the maximum amount of time to hunt for sales, marketplace finds, discounted items and more!
What happens if something breaks or is lost during my rental?
Hopefully that doesnt happen, but if it does, We will charge the full amount of the item for replacement.
